"Great location, all round good place to be on the island. Our room was a bit updated, better than the pictures shown. Recommend getting a place like this with a kitchen as groceries and going out for dinner are not cheap. Also rent a car and do some day trips and then finish it off with some beers by one of the pools. Note pack some ear plug as wild chickens/roosters no matter where you are on the island, after awhile you do get use to them. Cool place to be, go for it. "

"The property owner/manager has done any communication, checkin was very difficult since no one could get in touch with property manager. Incorrect room position, we booked ocean front and it was given other side with no view. We have to clean our own trash, really after paying more money than regular hotel. We checked the actual resort correct rates and they were 30% less with absolutely no service. I would recommend everyone not to use this service. Very unhappy and no communication. We were...

"The property was beautiful! The pools and grounds were stunning!. The staff was very friendly and informative.. the room was nice but the beautiful rooms were not part of the VRBO, which is probably why they are less expensive.. I thought it was odd that we could not have new towels or room cleaning without extra fees because we were VRBO. It made sense for the hotel to do this for the rooms that are not in preferred view locations.. in all, for the price especially, it was a beautiful resort."

"Location is perfect for this rental. Close to the airport, but no too close, also centrally located to access all the things Kaua'i has to offer. The resort is amazing with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The ocean is rather rough right in front of the resort, but there is a little wave break area where little ones could toddle in the water. I would not recommend swimming or snorkeling here because the waves are intense and it's pretty rocky. Beautiful for yoga at sunrise! The unit...

"Luke warm water in shower 50% of time - spoke with Mgt and improved slightly, COLD water in swimming pools, hot tubs in lava rock setting was cool, Nice Long Sandy Beach, beautiful kept grounds, close to Lihue, mattress was too firm, chickens awaken you at 4 am everyday, resort designated smoking area 50 ft from outside balcony, Air freshener prior to arrival was way too aromatic, chickens jump on tables and surround you when eating at poolside, Shave Ice was nice, daily Parking fee of $22.50...
