"Upon check in the elevator wasnt working. My room was on the 4th floor but I was offered assistance getting my bags to my room. My room had a balcony where I discovered the external door lock wasn't functioning so that room door was unlocked all evening. This was reported in the morning. The staff responded to my concerns but I was disappointed to find two important aspects of the hotel not functioning "

"The bathroom fixtures had rust on them. I guess that’s to be expected because it is on the water. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could’ve been better as well. Continental breakfast was very good. Most employees spoke very little English. I received an invoice of the stay from Hotels.com email showing that the hotel room was $99 a night plus taxes as opposed to 119 that I had paid. After lengthy communication with the online chat, no reimbursement was to be made on the price difference....
