"Very beautiful nice area, beach 5 minutes walk. Shopping and restaurants probably 15 minutes walk. The house needs a little upgrade but other wise clean, quiet, nice patio! "

"The kitchen counter are tape. they need new arborite. the whole apt needs painting. There is no starter to the BBQ.Windows are dirtys. the is a dead animal (lezard) between the kitchen window and the screen."
