"There are no humans at check in, a machine in the lobby greets you, issues your keys all remotely from India, it didn't feel safe let alone I called the empty front desk from our room to ask for extra pillows, was told ok 5 min an hour later they arrived from a man from another property they run, we missed our dinner reservations waiting on the pillows"
