"The hotel is a 3 star but definitely knocking on the door of a 4 star. The staff are fantastic. 2 ladies at the reception were lovely with excellent English. the pool staff were lovely also. Our room was a little small for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 and 11. The rooms are all refurbished and the air-con was good. it is located in a lovely part of Lido di Camaiore. Just a tip for you. We were going to get a Taxi from the hotel to Pisa airport. He wanted €80. We said no and got a bus...
