"The property is literally across the street from the boardwalk. The pier (which is awesome) is only about 400 meters away from the hotel. It is wonderful to hear the ocean waves at night."

"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa. After dropping us off to get settled, he went back to our car and replaced our flat tire and drove our car back to the villa.Marco and his wife’s concern for us was more than we could have ever expected from a host. We are truly grateful for their kindness.. The property matched their personality, warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that they made it a point to check in on us to make sure we were ok.The accommodations were impeccable and the views were amazing! It was a nice place to relax and unwind before we continued our travels. We would definitely return!"

"Stunning views from every angle of the property. So many nice spots to eat, drink and socialise. And the pool, the pool totally over delivered. We spent so much time there with the kids using the umbrellas to provide shade from the heat. The air conditioning was amazing. The drive to the property entertaining also. One thing I would urge is that the owner invests in a few new chairs. Many of them are broken or unbearably uncomfortable to sit in. Perfect for a family stay but also great for a large group of friends. We only ended up staying for 2 days due to cancelled flights but we didn’t leave the property! And that was fine! "

"My family of six siblings thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Galeotti. Simone and Angela were excellent communicators and helped us with restaurant and wine tasting recommendations (and reservations). The walk into Camaiore was not too difficult and we enjoyed having coffee and pastries at Lorenzo Pasticceria & Caffè (if driving, you can access it from Via Bellosguardo, but if walking, it's a very busy road, so walk up Via Gugeliemo Oberdan and walk into the public parking lot and it's on your right about halfway through the lot). The town is small and charming and we enjoyed being out of the hubbub of bigger cities! And the beach is very close, as is beautiful Lucca."

"The villa was absolutely beautiful, everything we needed. The location and pool were outstanding - situated in quiet foothills but walkable into the centre of town, the pool is large and surrounded by olive trees and flowers."
