"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa. After dropping us off to get settled, he went back to our car and replaced our flat tire and drove our car back to the villa.Marco and his wife’s concern for us was more than we could have ever expected from a host. We are truly grateful for their kindness.. The property matched their personality, warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that they made it a point to check in on us to make sure we were ok.The accommodations were impeccable and the views were amazing! It was a nice place to relax and unwind before we continued our travels. We would definitely return!"

"First the owners and care taker Victoria are wonderful people. The home was much more “rustic” than we expected. AC can only be run at night and works intermittently. The shower and toilets are a combination sort of deal. So you shower on a wooden crate they provide while the shower curtain separates you from the toilet. This setup drenched the bathroom every time we showered and felt generally unclean and awkward. The sheets provided smelled musty and didn’t feel clean. We made the most of our two weeks there, but wanted to write an honest review so others can decide in an informed manner if this property works for them."

"This is the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants on the way. We would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Stunning views from every angle of the property. So many nice spots to eat, drink and socialise. And the pool, the pool totally over delivered. We spent so much time there with the kids using the umbrellas to provide shade from the heat. The air conditioning was amazing. The drive to the property entertaining also. One thing I would urge is that the owner invests in a few new chairs. Many of them are broken or unbearably uncomfortable to sit in. Perfect for a family stay but also great for a large group of friends. We only ended up staying for 2 days due to cancelled flights but we didn’t leave the property! And that was fine! "
