"The house is absolutely perfect. Size, location, clean and very comfortable. Honestly it’s so much better in person than the pictures. The boat ramp was just across the water and the Smoat bridge a stones throw. Bait store right down the road. Many restaurants close by in Cordele. Next time we plan to go to Lake Blackshear we will be booking this home. I will notEven look for another.Susan P."
