"We rented a three-bedroom suite to go ski in Sugar Moutain before Christmas. This property really surprised us on the location, cleanliness, amenities provided and lovely atmosphere. All of us LOVED this property and cannot wait to go back. First, the location is great, 1.4 miles from the ski resort, 2 miles from downtown Banner Elk, with a lot of dining options around. The suit is really well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, providing nice cooking utencils, cups, plates, and bowls. The unit has central AC system, making it really nice and quiet. It also has a gaslog fireplace, super nice for winter. All the rooms in the suite are large and mattresses are very comfortable. The community has a activity center, providing games, puzzles and showing movies every night. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the vibe and were really surprised by the amenities provided. We cannot wait to go back next year. Thank you SO MUCH for the well managed property!"

"Nice property. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Light bulb missing in table between beds. Had to ask maid to get one. Toilet leaked, so the toilet refilled the tank every 2 minutes. Fortunately the walls are well insulated and the toilet did not keep us awake all night. "
