"Was upset that my bathroom was dirty and someone had left cloths in closet. This tells me that the cleaners were lazy and not attentive. Shelf in bathroom had dirty sticky something goody, and clean face clothes displayed on top . Gross "

"Night desk man who checked us in was very nice. Stayed for one night on our road trip. Room was spacious, had a microwave and a larger than usual refrigerator which was nice. Bathroom and shower/tub were also large. Breakfast was mostly continental but did have fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy. Overall was definitely worth the money and would stay again."

"Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either.
