"Does the job, Peter and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room is basic but is equiped with wardrobes, sinks and a comfortable double bed. The smart tv was a nice addition - not many hotels at this price range would offer this facility. Breakfast is do it yourself but the spread was good. "

"The Liverpool Pod is a highly recommended hostal, very close to Goodison Park (15 matches left!), with a walkable distance to the city Center (the buses for going there are available and easy to use anyway), good amenities, well maintained bathrooms and beds and lovely, hard-working staff; wether it's for a long stay or a shorter one (such as mine), I'll take it again for visiting such an amazing city! "

"As an over hundred year old building, I think its condition is good enough. It is closed to Liverpool Central but on a quiet street. Suitable for weekend visit. People are friendly and helpful. I can tell some of the roommate stay there for long. They are working in the hostel and interact like family. However, as there is only one public toilet, it is difficult to manage cleanness. "Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do."

"When I arrived I was waiting for almost 30-45 minutes to check if I was aloud inside, I was left alone with no confirmation to allow me inside, The interior was in disrepair, wires could be seen hanging off the wall, the stairs carpets were barely holding together.And as soon as I entered the room I wanted to leave. The windows were broken and held open with toilet rolls, very untidy and the bathroom door was broken. Next time I wont bother...."

"I love renovated industrial properties, and this one was really well done. We had a small apartment that was perfect for our group of 3. The neighborhood was really fun and it was easy to walk all over downtown and even out to the concert venue. On to the not so great part.
