"Lovely property and very spacious. Comfortable beds . The only two issues were I asked that the heating be on before we arrived ( but it was not ) so the place took a couple of hours to warm up and the apartment was locked ( check in said it would be unlocked ) so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone came with a key. However, The Queen Suite is really nice and we would definitely stay again "

"I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. "5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"Saw a lot of negative reviews after I'd booked bit before I stayed. Was pretty nervous. Have to say though I was very happy with the place. I stayed in apartment 37, and though there was definitely a smell in the bathroom, dodgy drains etc, fixed this problem pretty much by giving the toilet a good bleaching. The freezer was heavily frozen over, I'm guessing it wasn't closing properly. Beyond those issues though I would recommend this place, views are pretty unbeatable in Liverpool, I loved...

"Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment"
