"Ready at our ETA. Quick access (online check-in, key in door). Owner came to make sure we were OK, answered our questions, told us where he was (next door) in case we had a problem (we didn't). Didn't bother us again. We had the small Dairy Cottage - plenty of room for the two of us - but patio doors straight onto the big garden which the other cottages didn't seem to have. "A great stay at Shiloh Farm Dom was really helpful with queries we had pre booking and when we couldn't get to the key to check in because of the snow causing the key box to freeze! The house was so clean tidy and had everything we needed. Very warm which was much needed given we arrived in snow and storms. The Roebuck Inn is just a 10 mins walk away really good local! Sofas are a little low and not great for the older members of our family to get up off but everything else was great. Thanks...
