I arrived at my hotel and wasn’t able to gain entry - eventually someone arrived to say I’d be transferred to The Novotel. "We had a fabulous two night stay. Staff were wonderful throughout our stay, made us very welcome. Hôtel is charming and our room was spacious and can fault anything about it. One of the best places we stayed. Big shout out to Caroline who arranged for a little surprise for my husband and to the lovely lady who served us behind the bar.
