Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed. "

"We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. "Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it."

"The weather outside was frightful. But our stay inside was cozy and wonderful. What a great place to sit and watch the weather roll through and the tide come and go. We also made several walks down the road to the stone beach. And Kittery was conveniently close letting us pop in to Lil's every morning for coffee and breakfast.
