The House at 1010 was custom built in 2007 and is full of coastal charm.

"This is the perfect little place for a group! Lots of cozy and conversational spaces while also being large enough for people to decompress if they want. SUPER clean, this was by far the cleanest weekend rental property I’ve been to. The water in the showers heats up fast which is great for those cold mornings. Hosts were extremely helpful and both check in and check out were incredibly smooth. "

"We could only fine one means of egress, which was the entry door with the keypad. There is another door on the ground level, but it was locked and the lockbox keys did not open it. In addition, there appeared to be a door inside that leads to the ground level, but that was also locked and no key was provided. This may be in violation of the Maine fire code and should be corrected. I believe the code states that two means of egress are required in residential buildings. "

"My sister and I hosted a girls’ weekend with 15 friends. Chelsi’s house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! "Stayed with family, from multiple states to meet in beautiful Ogunquit for a wedding (bride and groom stayed here too). Home is immaculate and comfortable, tastefully furnished with a soft place for every person to sit. Bedrooms were delightfully quiet with lovely beds and bedding. Plenty of closet space and a very well appointed kitchen. Barbeque filled the need of a big family dinner. "Our family of four had a great stay in this house! The house is wonderful - the bedrooms are spacious and we enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom and on the many decks. The house is nestled in the trees which give it a private and cozy feel, yet the location is perfect - an easy walk to Perkins Cove and a short drive to all the Ogunquit beaches and sites. The host was flexible when I needed to change our reservation dates, and responsive when we had a small issue at check in that she promptly fixed....

"We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit and really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and was clean and well appointed. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Only note is that the fourth bedroom in the basement is a pull-out couch, not a bed, which we didn't realize when booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!"

"Hanna was a wonderful host! When we had an issue with water pressure in the shower, she responded within minutes and had someone out to fix it within about an hour. The place is rustic but charming with a great fireplace!"

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. "My family and I had a great time. We could walk to the beach in 5 mins. It was a quiet dead end street. Maggie had beach chairs for the beach and tables for outside to sit and eat outside. It was wonderful "
