"We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. "The weather outside was frightful. But our stay inside was cozy and wonderful. What a great place to sit and watch the weather roll through and the tide come and go. We also made several walks down the road to the stone beach. And Kittery was conveniently close letting us pop in to Lil's every morning for coffee and breakfast. Everything was just how the listing and photos describe it. Loved our winter stay. We would definitely enjoy seeing what the summer season is like."

Hot coffee and tea, washer, dryer, iron, nice shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bath and spare toiletries. There is an assortment of Books and games and ready access to a digital workstation The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. Recommend!"

"We had a great time staying here with all of the spa amenities. Massage chair is very nice, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a great. King bed was comfy and shower was very nice. Heated bathroom floor is awesome. Host was wonderful and accommodating. Typically we look for more private stays but this was definitely worth the change up. "

"Whatever you need in the kitchen is not only there but also of the best quality. That holds true with the towels (in abundance!) as well. Our teens loved playing pool. Our getaway was in November, so we couldn't take advantage of the lake activities. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and highly recommend it for family gatherings of many ages."
