"The location of the hotel is perfect if you are looking for quick and easy access to all the sights in the historic part of city. The room was spacious and had a separate kitchen which was helpful. Overall the hotel was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend it and would stay there again should I come back. "

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. "Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city.
