"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "

"Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. "A beautiful hotel in a very quiet and secluded area. Very friendly staff that offered us a free upgrade and great advice about what to do and where to hike. The restaurant is also wonderful with probably one of the beat wine lists I've seen. Bravo! You must have a car to get to this place however. If you want to be close to Chamonix (but not IN Chamonix) it's perfect!"

"Hotel was absolutely cozy. Super close to the lift. Wish I had known the location better to ski there! Staff was amazing, and helped track down an item I left. Beautiful building and location. Super close to the fun FU bar. You can also easily walk to the mountain for some trails. Only downside is the doors lock at a specific time. That was fine as I was jet lag. Def recommend this location! Breakfast had a lot of options if you chose it. "

The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C.
