"no problems but the manager was really kind friendly and apologetic but the room and the condition of the room and the hotel was not what one would expect for a hotel in a place like Switzerland let alone VEVey. it is tired, it needs painting and an overhaul and the room that I got was tiny, almost no light , dark. dingy and unappealing. I heard the rooms on the front of the house might be better but to be charging them rice for this room is daylight robbery "

"This is my second stay at this property. The hotel is in an excellent location to access Les gets ski area and the town itself. The hotel is informal, clean and charming. Breakfast is lovely. The perfect hotel for a short stay. The manager is friendly and helpful. We will stay again. "

"Nothing fancy, great views, clean and warm room . Super breakfast . Good reasonably priced place to lay your head before a days skiing. 10 -15 mins walk to village centre."

"A good 2-star hotel that was pretty decent value. Very helpful with a late arrival and staff lovely to my two young children. Room as basic but warm and the beds decent. A shower in the bath without a screen always annoys me though! A bit of a walk up to the village and Super Chatel gondola but also a bus stop right out the front. Overall pretty good and would probably stay again. "

"Good situation in Morzine. The room was tiny (it was a triple). The door to the balcony didn’t shut tight and there was no heating or hot water so the room was freezing. When we told a member of staff they said they’d tell the maintenance man. And interestingly in a hotel in France there didn’t seem to be any French-speaking staff… The food was ok but nothing special. It was a very expensive, but mediocre place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. "
