She went out of her way to do small things that means a lot eg showing me to the nearest and most convenient lift to my room. Her gesture costs nothing but it means a lot in Service Delivery and Customer Experience. Kudos Maite. Keep up the excellent work and continue to delivery exceptional hospitality."

"Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom has issues- no fan, so mold on ceiling and takes a while to clear out fog from shower. Needs a fan for all the reasons. Coffee in room is awful and no coffee available downstairs unless you pay for large buffet breakfast. Excellent coffee shop nearby , ‘tho. Coffee Bar Calatrava. "

"Good value for money, everything clean, comfortable bed. Only downside being that the bedroom doors slammed shut really quickly and loudly disturbing the otherwise quietness of the hotel"
