"Very clean. Small apartment. The building is above the metro so it’s possible to count trains while waiting for sleep. La Latina is not the best neighborhood but it is the same distance to Embajadores which is nicer and very close to the Rastro marketplace. Many places to eat at and couple of night clubs to fill the gaps between trains until the early hours. All in all good value but a little noisy. "

"My apartment was so nice and cosy, I loved it. The only trouble was the first they assigned to me was unbreathable, and the second had too much dust which they offered one cleaning for but it was a downfall of the stay was having to have the broom in hand all the time, and keeping an eye for a creeping spider."

"The apartment was nice. Good conditions. BUT, the area was not close to the city center as advertised. We had a scary security issue during our stay where someone was trying to get into our building, and the contact for the apartment didn’t help us at all. We also needed sheets for the sofa bed and they didn’t get to us until the third (out of 4 days total) day there, even though we asked immediately. "The location of the apartament is not for families. Awfull smell outside the apartment. The towels they had in the apartment were small towels. The air conditioning didn't work as expected. We need to open all trhe windows of the apartment, so we could had fresh air. All the night we heard noise that indicated that the streets were being cleaned."
