It would have been better if the property has sent the information needed before the day of check-in. I didn't get the email containing the information until after we had already arrived, so there was a fair amount of confusion.

It's a great place, excellent location and the staff is friendly. They contact you by email and WhatsApp, sometimes the link doesn't work but it's ok, at the property they fix it for you. It's close to everything, they have coffee, tea, lockers if you need to safe your baggage while they are cleaning the room. The price is acceptable. I'll come back for sure and I will share with friends and family their information.

Check in seemed complicated but worked well. Not a traditional reception but the person who was there when i arrived was excellent. Room was big for the price. Big thick windows to block street noise. Overall very good value for the area.

Based in a block of apartments, the common areas are well-kept if traditional looking, but once you get into the suites themselves, it's like stepping forward in time, in terms of decor. The location is great for the main train station, most places are walkable and if you don't fancy that, the metro is nearby.

For the price, the room is a little small but has decent shower space, kettle and fridge. No place to sit though except for some stairs. Limited place to hang clothes too. Very clean and quiet. A bit far from the main attractions but very close to the main train station.
