"GREAT LOCATION.FRIENDLY STAFF"

"Beautiful property, very clean. Right at the Metro exit of plaza de España, walking distance to temple of debod, royal palace of Madrid, cathedral. We paid for the breakfast buffet, good selection, with the egg station but it’s the same menu/spread everyday, we were there for 5 days, my husband sorta got tired of it. We will stay here again if we’re ever back in Madrid. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu. The staff was pleasant and helpful and gave great dinner recommendations. The hotel is very close to the Royal Palace and walkable to Puerta del Sol. "

"My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay there again "

"Communal kitchen with coffee, fruits and refreshments was convenient if you want to bring food back to the hotel. The room was large, clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again"
