"We really love coming here, but this last time our room was kind of dirty. we come here a couple times a year, but it seems like this time we didn’t get the same kind of service. The people in the dining room were amazing and breakfast was delicious. I wish we had the opportunity to stay again with a room that is a tad bit cleaner. There was hair on my bed and pillows."

"We love to stay here. Only thing this time the elevator wasn't working and did not know this ahead of time. We managed the stairs. Husband has mobility issues."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff. The night we stayed they had a water main break but they kept us updated throughout the process. They had to close their restaurants so that was disappointing because The Trophy Room was why we stayed there. Appreciated the 11amxheckput!"
