"Our room was upgraded so had a wonderful spacious room. I liked the idea of a rustic old inn feel. On site pub and restaurant was convenient. Easy parking and access to the cataract gorge and riverside walkways were a bonus as it encouraged us to exercise everyday during our stay. CBD with restaurants and shops are within 20min walking distance and we walked to the growers market, gardens and the museum instead of driving. The Pantry and Lebanese Gourmet were a surprise finds. "The property is good if you want an accommodation with pool and spa, plus entertainment for kids and accessible restaurant and bar. IGA is very accessible, too, if you want an easy emergency shopping for groceries. They serve good food at the bistro. "

"While the property is located close to the city centre, it is on a main road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room overlooked the main road so it was noisy and it was small but comfortable. The bathroom was small but functionable. It was good for the price."

"In its day a great place but showing signs of wear. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower was over the bath and hard to get into for someone with leg problems. As well there is no lift to the first floor for an incapacitated person "

"Loved this accomodation, this was the end of a 3 week road trip for us and we felt like we ended in style. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a good size. The furniture was comfortable and looked good as well. There was a washing machine and dryer and a small kitchen with everything you need, including a full size fridge. Lots of storage in bedroom and hallway, could easily have stayed a week or more. Beautiful views of the marina and very handy to cafes and restaurants and some cruise excursions only a few minute walk ant the end of the pier. Only a 10-15 min walk to the city so a very handy location. The local restaurants were very good and there was a good variety to suit most needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon"
