"Very helpful staff. There was a booking issue which was rectified very quickly by the friendly staff. We have stayed here a few times and with the amenities it is great for us a family with our children!"

"Great location in Hobart CBD and large sized rooms that allowed for a very comfortable stay. You can't beat the location as it is across the road from Elizabeth Street shopping mall and an easy walk down to the Harbour and more restaurants. Staff were very communicative both on the phone and via email. Will stay here again next time I am in Hobart."

"This property is directly opposite the Welcome Centre for the park. We shared a toasty warm studio -rustic but absolutely adequate for our needs. Good selection of DVDs"

"Extremely nice rooms. Only one lift working. No parking available even though there is a basement carpark. Staff are lovely. Clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean. "

"It is a brand new facility and we had a comfortable stay. Reception was lovely and welcoming. The door to the room is super heavy and someone with mobility issues may struggle to push it open or hold it open to get suitcases in or out. A list of available tv channels would be helpful. Lighting in bathroom over vanity poor especially when trying to put makeup on"

"Fully self-contained & very clean. We were very happy that there is the washer & dryer within the unit itself. It is only a few minutes walk to the wharf too. Just so convenient. Will definitely be back here again should we be travelling into Hobart next time. "
