First time here and unfortunately (as it has some good attributes) I don't think I'll stay again. Overnight I was unable to sleep due to the repetitive cycling of what sounded like an older style refrigeration or air-conditioning unit. It may not have even been on the property but several times per hour it would suddenly and noisily start.

Staff were really lovely and friendly. Fantastic central location. Hills and stairs need to be considered if you have mobility issues. Kitchen and laundry facilities excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here before and knew that the location, space and parking were good. This time we were made to feel very welcome by the person who checked us into the property and upgraded our accommodation. Parking is particularly important for us and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend this gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet location with great signage making it easy to find. I arrived after check-in had closed and check-in was still easy and directions to find my suite were spot on. Well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean suite. They have thought of everything. I have found my new crash pad while in Launceston.

Exceptional accommodation. We stayed in the townhouse and it was newly renovated and spacious. Location was perfect, everything walkable (restaurants, coffee shops, mall) within a few blocks and a short drive to major attractions. Loved the digital keypad instead of physical keys. Well appointed kitchen for cooking also. Will absolutely stay again.
