"This property is going through a major renovation. The halls, lobby, and rooms were all brand new or in process. We had a quiet night sleeps. The bed was comfortable. The bath was newly remodeled but small. Everything felt new and clean. Some rooms had no great view, but they used blinds that provided sunlight, privacy, and an imposed natural picture. Breakfast was continental with coffee, juice, and scant options. Given the Scottsdale location and the price we paid, it was a great bargain."
