If you are not using the valet then they are very rude when you’re trying to check in. Space is tight but they could just ask for your keys to move your car if needed (no one there when I checked in other than me). Second, $25 service charge per day? This is not a Resort, it’s a hotel. I’ll stay at the Westin next time.

Great hotel, amazing location walkable to all sorts of restaurants, fast food, Whole Foods (one block away), CVS right across the street and short driving distance to Mall and all sorts of other shopping centers. The hotel is New, Clean, Chic and nicely designed.

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were all very professional. We elected to use the valet parking service which was convenient. The hotel was within 30 to 45 minutes of the activities that we chose to do. Also, it is in walking distance to many dining options, coffee shops, and the ASU campus.

This is our second stay here. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant options within the hotel are ample, however the biggest draw for us is that it’s really conveniently located so we don’t need to rent a car. Will look to stay here again in the future.
