"Can say enough about this property! The staff were great! The room was spacious and had endless boiling hot water! Only down side is the fans don’t work quick enough for the shower, but not really a big deal! TV was large, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great! I liked the location being a bit away from the hustle but still easy enough to walk there. Easy 5 stars for this place. Price was also very reasonable! "

"We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!"

"Overall this was a nice, clean apartment. Having parking was a big plus. It’s not located near a lot of sites (there’s a garden and famous Basilica within walking distance) but Uber was readily available and inexpensive. An area of improvement is leaving instructions for the appliances and amenities. We found out by accident there was a heated floor in the bathroom and didn’t get to enjoy it for the first few days because we didn’t know about it. "We were unable to arrange to check in a half hour early (2:30pm instead of 3pm) so had to wait with our bags outside. When the rep arrived she said we had to leave the flat for several hours as the cleaners had not prepared it - beds were unmade, and the place not cleaned. We refused and they offered us one free day in compensation. The flat is cute, well-provisioned, in a good location, but large insects kept appearing on the walls and floor. Turns out they were cockroaches which didn't run...
