"This small and lovely hotell is situated just a short walk from the main square of Lisabon. Directly behind the hotel, through a narrow walk way, you find beautiful fado restaurants and if you walk to the top you come to the 1100th century old Cathedral of Lisabon. Everthing from the staff, rooms and to the breakfast was excelent. The rooms are small, but very clean and inviting. Slept like a baby. Loved my stay here, and would go back if I'm visiting Lisabon again. "

"The location is perfect, easy to get to every major attraction in the city center. The room was big with a very nice view, breakfast was great, with beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff was superb. Never in my life I felt that hotel staff wanted to help this much. I will definitely return to Lisbon and to this hotel next year"

"I stayed at 3 different rentals in the Alfama area, and this was my favorite. Very small, as all the old buildings are, but so smartly designed. I had room in the living room to set up my laptop, read and relax. The bed is in a loft accessible by a ladder, so this isn't for everyone. It was perfect for me, I felt so comfortable, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again..."

"Perfect location to many well known sites, right across from Fado Museum so easy to find, great communication with Miguel and Sofia, clean and quiet, walkable. Beautiful artisan tile shop across from apt. Wish I had more than 2 days."
