"Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and enjoyed staying in a bungalow. Some areas of exterior of building are dated and only other complaint was the dirty beach in front (unsure if hotel or city is responsible so why I rated a 4 vs. 5.) "

"Not a nice property. It was in a loud kind of seedy area of Lamai. The room was ok and quiet with earplugs and probably ok for a night but if you have the means to pay a bit more, then get something better. "

"Right on the beach, easy walk to the main Lamai road, great beach bars/restaurants (bamboo, red elephant and coconut) within a few metres. Room was basic but clean, comfortable bed, decent fridge and AC. Staff were lovely. Had three great weeks here exploring Koh Samui, would use again, hopefully soon !!"
