"I didn’t stay at this place when I arrived and found that it wasn’t as advertised I left and found another hotel. The room was very basic although it was clean, the TV was un-watchable, there was no safe in the room it was at reception and I was told to buy my own padlock which would have been a problem at 11pm. The biggest problem I had with this room was it’s location, it is less than 30m away from bars that pump loud music until 4-5am 7 days a week. I have been to Lamai many times and if...

"This hotel is right on the beach with 2 pools. We were lucky to have a room where we could hear the sea."

"Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings.
