"Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings. "We enjoyed our stay at the Villas by Weekender due to how central the resort is to all the action of Lamai Beach. Once you walk out of the resort you're in the middle of everything with lots to see and due all within walking distance. The great thing is that while you're on the property itself, it's very quiet and you don't get all the noise from the street.
