"Giving 4 stars to staff because front desk double charged me for the room. Room was prepaid and a few days later I noticed they billed my credit card again. Had to call to get it refunded. Otherwise I would stay again. Even though it’s connected to a casino, there are separate dining options without having to go in to the casino. Love the fact that there are so many options to telework from hotel from the hotel lobby, elevator lobby, and room. "

"Had an amazing trip stay with our family at the Murano!!! It was the kids first time in a bigger building and everyone loved it! Great artwork throughout the whole hotel, an all around cool place to stay!"

"Everything was awesome at check in! We arrived early and the front desk agent was able to get my friends and I rooms across from each other! The only downside was the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take our luggage up to the 3rd floor. If that’s the only problem I can deal with that. Thanks for everything great property great staff"
