"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. I recommend...

Roy's great to work with, and commnicated everything we needed to know. That made the check-in and check-out process simple. Would absolutely stay there again. "

"Nice layout. Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Little things missing. Laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, No Keurig machine for first time in 10 rentals. No paper baskets for the ancient coffeemaker. Good price. Very nice community pool area. Would easily rent again. But would just prepare accordingly. "

"Robert was amazing to deal with, answered any questions promptly. The home is in a great neighborhood with the Oasis clubhouse only a short distance away ( which was amazing for our family relax day!). The home was clean, organized and comfortable. We just had a slight issue with the pool heating and Robert fixed it immediately. Overall just a wonderful stay and I would recommend this home to anyone interested! Thank you! The Perkins Gang"

"The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful"

"We were well welcomed at this property. 3 fridges full of bottled water, muffins, salad and chips for us to snack on at our arrival. Lots of space for the 11 of us who were in this home for 3 weeks. Nice pool lots of tv’s, black stone grill and comfort around. the 2 sets of washers and dryers is great for having lots of guest. We will definitely look into this property if we were to return to this area again"
