"This home was very clean and fully updated with many amenities and extra supplies of everything you could think of. The back yard opens up right on Lake Rosalie with about 75 feet of direct sandy lake front access along with a dock where you can park your boat. Lake does get shallow at times and we had to get out and walk our boat up since it is just a couple of feet deep for about 100 feet or so out into the lake. There is a great sitting area with fire pit right by the lake and we sat there all day with a nice breeze coming in off the lake. Loved the property and will definitely return!"
