I had booked for 10/25-27, checking out on the 28th.Got a call from the desk as to my intentions with the room on the evening of the 27th because Expedia had booked me for only two days. Luckily my room was still available so I could book it Will know next time to call and confirm even tho Expedia stated that that was not necessary"

"Awesome hotel at Lake Charles, very big rooms and a great casino."

"The hotel had extensive damage from the storm that went through in the weeks prior. Unfortunately that left the hotel with a pretty bad smell. The hotel just looked unsafe but was the only option we had so we stayed. So much was dingy and dirty the lamp shades were full of rust, the carpets felt wet, there was just a lot going on amd not in a good way."
