"The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was better than most. I was hoping to have a sofa in the room as the picture online suggested but instead we had an armless chair, nothing more. Not very comfortable. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The staff responded very quickly to bring soap, but it was watered down. Hardly made any lather. The bed was very comfortable and despite being right next to Loop 210, the room was quiet. "

"We arrived and were assigned a room. Upon entering we discovered the room was messy. The front desk guy, very kind man, gave us another room. Which again was dirty. He ended up giving us a suit, which was very kind. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was awesome. Thank you "

"Great stay. We felt safe. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our room view of the canal behind the hotel. The only thing that was bothersome was at night the lights facing the hotel was coming through the side of the pull down shades. I would suggest curtains. Not sure why there are outside lights facing the hotel itself, but it was the only issue. Thanks for a great stay!"
