For start I stayed in a suite RM106 and the key didn't work half the time had to keep going to front desk to have them reprogram the key. The condition of the suite was in poor condition. They have so many maintenance items to repair the tub was so old and dirty from water calcium build up as if it hasn't been cleaned ever. The tiles on the bathroom floor were dirty as well. Some of the lightbulbs were out in the lamps so limited lighting in the room. I will never stay at this location again. The hotel use to be a Holiday Inn and it was a nice location to stay back when they owned it. But since it has new owners the place has went down hill fast. For the price I payed for the suite I know for a fact I can stay in a cleaner and more maintained hotel.

The staff were great! The problem was the facility. The first room tye shower didn’t work. The second room the shower worked, just barely almost no water pressure and there was no hot water.. luckily I’ve been wanting to try the ice plunge so it didn’t bother me that much. The microwave didn’t work. It turns on and looks like it’s doing stuff, but it doesn’t get hot. The staff were amazing though that maintenance guy tried to help me and the front desk. People found a different room for me so I have no issues with them. The beds were great but the shower part and water pressure and no hot water is a big deal. If I would’ve been staying longer, I would’ve said something about the microwave, but I was only staying for one day so I just blew it off. They said you guys were getting ready to remodel the property. That’s a good idea. The shower hardware is an ancient.

I actually checked in at four thirty and was gone by five pm this hotel was horrible it smelled of mildew there was a big hole in the wall the bathroom tub was dirty this was definitely my worst experience at a hotel I spoke with a lady named April and she said have the third party who I booked through to call them so I could get my refund back . I would definitely take this hotel off your list it’s terrible

Property and rooms smells very bad, according to the front desk all rooms views to neighbors and the are no private shads, we made our reservation through Expedia yet at the checkout the front desk urgue with us and the manager was urgant arrogant to provide a proof of refunds. We will not go there again.

Was not a quiet stay. There was a large family staying in multiple rooms and they had several very loud arguments which went into the hall and disrupted my sleep between 2-4. Called front seat, phone just rang and rang. No answer. Went to lobby and no one there.
