"This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom. "

"We had a an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived at 8am from our long haul flight, they gave us an early check in of 8.30am. We were so grateful. "It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway."
