"The staff at the hotel were very attentive and always greeted everyone with a smile, from the front desk to the cleaners and the servers at breakfast. They honestly were the ones that made the experience special! The room was big and had everything we needed, but the safe is on the small side so can’t fit laptops. Good selection at breakfast. The location was great: 1. close to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport and train station, and 2. just a short walk from all main attractions, yet quiet enough if you want to escape the crowds"

"We had a wonderful one night stay while visiting Florence. Such a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the spa area which was a bonus we were not expecting. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and were so impressed by the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Nice and quiet location, a bit far from downtown (30 minutes by bus if it comes on time, there is a bus stop right across the street) and with limited ammenities in the area. The market (grocery store) only opens from 8am to noon and then from 4 to 8pm, so it was closed when we returned to the campground but on 1 occasion when we didn't leave the campground until after 8am, we found that it had a very good selection of grocery. The Superior Chalet we stayed had 2 bedrooms and bathroom in each room, definitely cut down on the time we needed for everyone to rise and shine in the morning. The kitchen was equipped with stove, fridge and microwave oven, very convenient. The bedrooms were a bit tight though, it was literally filled up the the bed and left no space for lugguage. Our unit was a bit far from the office and I couldn't connect to Wifi at all. One parking spot right in front of the chalet, there are more parking spaces in other area of the campground."

"Had a great 3 night stay for a work trip. Location is great only a few minutes walk from the station. Easy walk to most central attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, and the shower tiny! Everything functional but small! Double room was a good size for one person but would have been a squeeze for a couple. Breakfast options were limited but everything very tasty and good quality considering it is included in the room price. I would definitely recommend for a short stay for 1 person, any longer or more than 1 person in the room the small size might become annoying. "
