"The property was beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay! The pool and the available excursions made it very enjoyable. Our only criticism is that we we’re originally told the restaurant would be open the first night we were there and it wasn’t. Instead we got a “pizza party” this was fine except the cost was not presented to us prior. The pool was also closed early due to a wedding. It would have been nice to know this prior to our stay because it lead to a bit of disappointment. It would...

"Das Apartment war groß mit Küche. In der Küche waren Besteck, Töpfe und Teller vorhanden. Den Rest musste man selber besorgen. Der Empfang war freundlich, die Verständig war schwierig, aber irgendwie schon möglich. Die Matratze vom Doppelbett war hart und die vom Schlafsofa leider durchgelegen. Das Bad ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung ist ok. Das Anwesen an sich ist weitläufig und sehr schön. Gut geeignet für Hunde, da man gleich in den Olivenhainen spazieren gehen kann."

"Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed. We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere."

"A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that this is adults only makes the property feel more tranquil than it would be otherwise."
