Then I found the hotel had emailed me about it and left the code for the entrance etc. you don’t usually imagine that the reception is closed, so I didn’t check the email from the hotel before arrived there…The hotel explained that this sort of thing doesn’t happen usually. The rest everything else’s was good!"
