"The San Grand Hotel is located in a perfect location in the Old Quarter, close to dining, shopping, bars and tons of street food! The hotel is very welcoming and a quiet oasis after the busy streets of Hanoi. The staff are extremely helpful and a special shout-out to Ruby and her team for being so kind and helpful with everything from booking our HaLong Bay trip, airport taxi, visas and actually walking to show us the nearest atm machine:) The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast along with an afternoon tea all included in your room rate. The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind during happy hour to take in the beautiful view over the lake. We had a balcony room, which offered a great view while taking in the sights and sounds of the city. It was a beautiful room, but didn’t have a shower, only a bathtub. All other room types had a shower though:) We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone!!"

"Super friendly staff who gave us a warm welcome with tea and hot towels. Even though we were way too early we could get into our room already which was great after a long flight. Also on the day of our departure they let us take a quick shower before we left for the night train."

"Our arrival was made very special by Anna. We were made to feel welcome. Anna recommended great restaurants and things to do in Hanoi. The service was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts were amazing.. The staff and their attention to detail was excellent. The team were so friendly and helpful.The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again."
