"We enjoyed the location, views, and staff. There were 2 pool areas and 3 spots to eat. There was beach service for drinks and food, LOVELY! (!Gracias RAMON!) They have daily poker games, Bingo, and most days- water aerobics and beach volleyball. The beach bar was open until 1030pm, and rarely was busy that late. We were there during an unexpectedly cold snap, and never used the AC. Many travelers invested in new Mazatlan hoodies from the beach vendors. Transportation was easy. We used open air taxis and Uber to get around easily. Pueblo Bonito is on a nice strip of restaurants and shops if you leave the hotel by foot. Oddly, they do not have a minibar or even a FRIDGE in the rooms, which was a disappointment for an All-inclusive. They also give you a coffee maker in the room with NO coffee making products. ??? Different levels of service are identified by different color wrisbands- blue, orange, brown, and gold. We took advantage of a pool day at the sister property, Emerald Bay. We also went there 1 evening for dinner and drinks at Kelly's. THE STAFF AND SERVERS ARE AMAZING! GRACIAS!! We do recommend bringing a good supply of small bills for tipping, $1s and $5s. Prices on the beach: 12 oysters-150 pesos 15 shrimp- 150 pesos A sarong without sparkles- 180 pesos or 280 pesos with sparkles Mazatlan NFL embroidered cap 250 pesos Massage 30 minutes- 300 pesos Massage 60 minutes - 500 pesos We didn't buy any jewelry or clothing. "The trip was very nice the server they were all excellent. Customer service they were very helpful . The only one things I didn’t like it wasn’t enough camera around the pools area specially they were zero cameras closer to the beach. "

"The hotel is located inside a shopping center with several stores and restaurants. Hotel was very quiet and well located. "

"Room was cozy and room service was excellent. The shrimp ceviche was excellent. Would like to have had a few more hand towels and wash rags. There was only one hand towel and no wash rags in our room. But other than that, everything was wonderful."
