"Very happy with our stay in this property. Although basic it was adequately furnished for our needs. Aldea blanco is perfectly placed for beach or exploring the island. Aldi, Lidl and many other stores close by. Airport 10 minutes away. Ignore previous comments regarding dogs barking. We stayed 3 weeks and this was never an issue. Before leaving we didn’t hesitate to book for next winter"

"If you love nature and want a peaceful holiday away from the crowds, this is the place for you. The setting is tranquil, and you are not overlooked, so there is total privacy. Walking trails go through this tiny village and we tried a few. Stargazing at night is brilliant thanks to lack of light pollution. "

"If you're looking for a place to recharge your batteries this is it. Took a bit of finding (keep going to end of the road when you turn onto Camino del Chamizo) and the roads are very steep, but was worth the effort. The house is well equipped and spacious. The views from the outside area are spectacular. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will hopefully be back."

"Located in the sleepy town of Arico, we were close to the highway for exploring the island. After VRBO accepted our reservation we didn't hear from the owner until two days before our arrival which left us uncertain about the reservation. However, once we arrived communication was excellent and our hosts were extremely helpful. Luisa, your paella was the best we had on the island; Rayco, thanks for looking after us. "The villa is one of a small group of buildings inside a banana plantation. It is very quiet and peaceful with nice cross country running/walking right from the door step. The villa is very close to the main tourist hubs in the south-west: by private car, it is just a few minutes to Los Cristianos, Playa de Las Americas, Adeje, Tenerife South Airport and others. Supermarkets and restaurants are 3 minutes by car. No idea how the connection by public transport is - we have not tried to use it since...

"Tropical Finca is a beautiful place to stay with your partner or with a group of friends. Hosted perfectly by the owner and her son, the finca is lovely inside with everything you need! (Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV) A very nice terrace to sunbath and have bbq’s. We will be staying again, very soon! Thank you! "

"We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end."
