"This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. "

"Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great. "

"Lovely complex set back from the main areas, but in easy reach of the beach, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. I booked a one-bedroom apartment. The whole apartment was wonderful. The kitchen was really well-equipped, with a washing machine, full oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a good range of cooking utensils, so you could use the apartment for a self-catering holiday. Nice big balcony with table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. One little minus, I was in an apartment that overlooked a bar and restaurant and kids' play area, so it was a bit noisy at times, but just ask to stay away from the kids play area and bar/restaurant. But this one minus wouldn't stop me from going back. The swimming pool area is great, a heated pool I went in mid-April) and lots of sunbeds and a nice, friendly vibe.
