"There are so many good things to say about the property such as hire great the staff are, very welcoming. Rooms were clean, loads of room and the amenities inside were excellent. The top features were that there was a great selection on the tv including sky sports, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and portion size is good. The only one thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little hard for my liking."

"The staff were great, whenever I reached out to them with a question or something that needed their attention they were prompt in helping me out. The room I stayed was in great condition clean with all the amenities I was expecting. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "
